Khan is not a stupid man. He is likely gifting small percentages of ownership to Tony each year to lower the eventual burden of the estate tax.

Yep and as value goes up Shad doesn't have to pay as much tax on the capital gains

Wouldn't it be great if at some point they would let season ticket holders own shares of the team. Ala' Green Bay?

Seems that would also be a good way to spread around the value.

Can't do that anymore. Green Bay has an exception for the original stockholding fans to own the team, but all the "stock purchases" in recent years have just been expensive sheets of paper, and no other team is allowed to sell any kind of stock, real or imaginary, to fans.
