This Week

#21

I'm gonna give them one more week, if we can beat Miami or atleast play great, we should feel better, but going to NE and Indy being 0-2 would not be good.

1-1 then those games then the Bucs, if we are 2-3 after the Bucs game, thats good

Quote:Just a question to everyone.  If we come out this week and look good and beat the Dolphins, will your opinion change on the outlook for this season?

IF WHEN WE BEAT THE PHINS, I honestly see this happening here in Jacksonville .... can't wait !!!

Just curious ...... what are you going to do after this "one more week" thing that you speak of ?

Quote:This should be a winnable game. Miami struggled against Washington last week. A team that some have predicted to be one of the worst teams in the league this year.

Can you provide a link ?   Most, if not all, predictions had Miami challenging for the AFC East title.   I actually thought they were being overrated .....

I think he means the Redskins being predicted to be one of the worst teams in the league.

Quote:I will say them loading up Wake and Suh on the left side of our line scares me a bit.
Yeah that's a bit scary.  I'd be fine if they were going against Linder and Parnell, but their OC is going to take one look at Sam Young and throw everything they got at him.

I think they are being way overrated also. I don't think they're a very good team. However, I do think they are a little better than Carolina. So,,,,,

Anyway, I know many fans want to see a wide open offense with Bortles slinging it all over the place. I just don't think that's what they should be doing. That is not the Jaguars strength. Run the freaking ball!! Plays to Yeldon and DRob look promising. Slow down that Dolphins pass rush by continuing to feed the RB "weapons". This limits the amount of mistake opportunities by Bortles and the WRs. Run the Ball,, Run the Ball,, Run the Ball,, and use play-action.

Most Fans won't like it. It'll keep the Jags competitive for wins IMO.
