The Jags defense will be good enough to put them in a 5-11 situation. Anything less than that is a tremendous failure.

 

Hell, 5-11 is a tremendous failure. We're "supposed" to be competing for the playoffs next year. But without a serious splash in free agency for a proven threat at receiver we're not doing anything. The ground game will be established by year's end, but will we have a #1 receiver and can Bortles at least ascend to being a reliable game manager?

this defense is not good. there is no pass rush and the secondary is trash. the best part of the defense is the linebacker corps which is just average maybe.

Your prediction sounds about right, but I would say loss to the Titans.  Mariota looks pretty good.  1-15.  2nd pick in the 2016 draft. Tampa with the 1st pick.

I think 4 wins is probably realistic. It will be similar to the 2013 season. I see 1-6 at the bye. In the second half of the year, I think they could get a win against Tennessee, NY, New Orleans. But overall, it will be another long season.

With the emergence of Mariota, we will not be favored in a single game this season. Bucs probably take out their frustration on us. Could easily go 0-16. Three drafts and we have zero playmakers. Could very well be Bradwell's last season. Any win will be a monumental upset or an opponent working for draft position. In a passing league and three drafts, we net zero wide receivers, zero passrushers, and a QB struggling with fundamentals. This is Jaguars football! WE WANT MORE!
