Possible Coaches for 2016?

#1

Since we're on the topic of Bradley tonight, if the team just doesn't improve during the season, what coach would you want Caldwell/Khan to pursue?

What coach could change this team without blowing up the roster and starting over?

Offensive coordinator who is a proven winner. No more journeyman or diamonds in the rough. Not sure whom that would be, but that should be the criteria.

Well, we would never land a high profile coach, or a coach who has high potential. We would probably be looking at the Raiders offensive line coach or the head coach of Jacksonville State.

Wonder how much it'd take to get Jim Harbaugh from Michigan. He said he'd like to return to the NFL one day.

We have a "defensive minded" coach and the D is simply OK at best.

we could trade our first round pick for him cause he would turn this team around. He is a winner.

It's a bit early to give up all hope with the staff isn't it?

That being said since the thread is out there I for one would like the Jaguars to hire Ast. HC Dick LeBeau from the Titans (was the DC for the Steelers for over a decade, best coach in the NFL that isnt a HC).

He is a tough defensive minded coach which I feel is the Jaguars true identity.  Closest thing to Bill Cowher this team will get as he was his DC.

He was TERRIBLE with the Bengals and he's like 90 years old.

Yeah, this is their last year to show promise. If they fail, they're going to blow the entire thing up and start over.
