Myers has missed a couple

Maybe its just nerves but I'm starting to think he was kept over Scobee because of his touchbacks.

Sky is falling, Sky is Falling, oh wait its still there...

Myers was kept because of his potential, youth, and Scobee was up for Free Agency next year while GM Dave Caldwell got a 6th round pick for him.

He's a young kid so he wont be as clutch as Scobee a veteran but he has played almost as good as scobee & that was reason enough to make the deal.

It's preseason he'll get over the nerves...

He was kept likely because:

- Scobee entering final year at 3M

- Scobee began kicking too low

- Myers has a bigger leg and more potential

- An extra 6th round pick/save money

We should take him in the 3rd to match our 3rd round punter.

Wow, he missed a 56 yard FG. Cut him fast!

We need a cool nickname for him, something tying in Michael Myers & Jason Friday 13th, and kicking...

I hope we don't have to rely on him to win next week.

He made the game winning kick. A boost of confidence, especially after the earlier miss. Good tests for him tonight.

Give him a while to get use to being the starter and being so young. Hopefully he works out, time will tell.

Had he not missed the first one, the one he hit would not have been necessary.

Really? 1 missed 56 yarder in a crappy preseason game, and we start second guessing tge Scoobee trade? Relax, we aren't going to win more games with scobee or myers.

The kid looks good.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.
