It's the NFL, injuries happen every season.

It doesn't matter if it's training camp, preseason games, or regular season games.

Heck, some guys even get injured during non contact drills.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Well aside from the Jaguars own injuries the injuries seem to be happening a lot to our opponents best players.

Yeah I don't want to wish injury on any team/player. But I'm not complaining that they're helping us out right now. After Fowler we deserve some good luck

Well then, scratch off Carolina as a win.

I hate injuries and wish them on no one - regardless of the team, but hey, at least they're happening to our opponents that we play this year. It only makes it easier for us to get that 8-8/9-7 record.

Unfortunately,  injuries,  especially knee related,  have plagued Louis Delmas for years.    Delmas is in an elite class when it comes to passion for playing football and doing what it takes to maximize his level of play.   But his lack of durability stands out as well.   Hopefully,  Delmas will overcome yet another major setback.

I was listening to the Around The NFL podcast from yesterday. They described it as an undisclosed illness. But it was serious enough he had surgery.

OK so maybe the Jags punter burns his foot by dropping fondue on it OR perhaps the Jags punter accidentally slices his foot with the axe that is in the locker room ......

Hopefully,  the news on Marcus Smith's leg injury is good under the circumstance:
