Jags - Required Talent Level (%) by Position

#1

What is YOUR Level of Importance related to the required Talent Level of each position for the long term success of the Jags?  I kind of gave it a shot below:

QB - 27%

RB - 7%

TE & WR - 10%

OL - 12%

DL - 15%

LB - 10%

Secondary - 15%

KR/PR - 1%

K/P - 3%

Total - Offense 56% //  Defense 40% // STs 4%

I'd say OL is more important than DL or Secondary.  You keep your QB upright and give him time and he'll pick apart the defense if he's any good.

And that DL would be more important than Secondary.  Much easier to have a stud D-line that pressures the QB with a weak secondary than a weak DL.  Even the best DBs can't cover WRs all day.
