#Jaguars TE Julius Thomas fractured a finger during tonight’s game, I’m told. The hope is it’ll affect him minimally.

How long should it take to heal? 4 weeks? I'm not an expert on broken bones.

fracture =/= broken

Why did I read it as 'rumored to have tumor'?

That's just the Jags luck. 1st catch, 2 yds, broken finger.

Bronco fans pegged him as being a softie when he left. Wouldn't be surprised if this injury lingers and keeps him out most of the year to be honest.

I swear yet again the stadium is built on old Indian Burial Ground's. How can one team be so freaking unlucky year after year after year after year?

Should be a minor injury. Be out a month at worst. Hope he heals up soon.

Yes it does. There is a crack in a bone. In my world that means broken

Well, he should be back by week 3 of regular season.

Blake hung him out to dry.... Should have never thrown that ball.. The defender was already closing on JT at full speed ..I was just glad he didn't tear an ACL with the way he was hit and landed.

That's good, but I wish he could get some playing time during the pre-season. Getting hit by a freak train and doing 360's isn't practice. Hopefully he'll be ready to tear it up against the Panthers.
