lol, it's not illegal.

And if we governed on morality, the death penalty would not be legal.

It sure would be great if politicians spent time and energy on things that actually matter instead of propping up an argument on morality which got stuck in the media spin cycle over false pretenses. ...like fixing the V.A. for example. Or helping 9/11 first responders who know have cancer from exposure to asbestos amongst other things.
Only a chump boos the home team!

The death penalty is perfect morality, you get what you gave. Perfect justice.

Nice to see the US ranked up there with China, Iran, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, Sudan and Yemen in capital punishment. Our brothers in morality.

Altering an abortion for the purpose of harvesting organs is illegal.

That is a purely fabricated justification not based on morality at all.

It absolutely is based in morality, though we cannot discuss the morality here.

Pure spin. The US only executes people for murder. That's a huge difference from the other countries you listed.

Eye for an eye is a form of morality. Not all morality has to be based in religion.

Your move, Cruz. Now that the question of legality is out of the way, all that's left to argue is morality. The Supreme Court has ruled that abortion is legal. If the government shuts down over this now, the entire Republican Party walks away looking like zealots out to force their agenda on the rest of the country at any cost.

And then they say "Obama/Hillary/Marx/Mao caused the shutdown" and the base eats it up.
