Chris Squire of Yes is dead

So, about an hour into my morning drive, I heard that one of the true legends of perhaps my favorite musical instrument had passed over the weekend after a bout with lukemeia.
This is one of the relatively few times that I actively wish TMD were still on the board. He and I shared an appreciation for his incredible talent (Squire's, not TMD's), which spanned 2 decades and several iterations of the band he founded. Despite his illness, he was still playing on stage last year. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment...-1.2275398 With Jack Bruce, Andy Fraser, and John Entwistle gone, I hope Geddy Lee, Roger Glover, and John Paul Jones are taking their vitamins. Rest in peace, Chris, and thanks for some great notes. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
When I was young I tried my hand at guitar. I listened to Jimi Hendrix and realized I needed to lower my expectations. I gave bass a try, thinking it might be easier. Then I listened to Roundabout.

There's still Billy Sheehan and a few others to carry the torch. RIP.many owners of lonely hearts out there.
