Gee thanks Jameis.
And here FSU was thinking it was finally clear of this guy. No more babysitting. No more having defend every slip up. No more fingers crossed hoping to make it through the end of the season. They finally thought they could wipe their hands clean. And ole Jameis comes out and changes his story and says he was getting free gifts. Which is an NCAA violation if true.
I'm sure nothing will come of it but it's just another headache. They just cant wipe the Jameis stink off fast enough.
That crystal trophy sure stinks
He's an idiot, and his stupidity will drag down the Seminoles program. Instead of manning up and owning his mistake, he's digging a hole for FSU. Whoever is advising him on this should be round house kicked in the head by Chuck Norris.

That's would be the great Jim Harbaugh and Jedd Fisch ironically.

They didn't exactly advise him to not be accountable for his actions. They simply asked him what happened. The funny thing is he clearly doesn't think what he did was wrong, and that mindset will be validated as he will still I wind up being the top pick. If karma has anything to do with this, he'll fall flat on his face in the NFL.

Harbaugh shouldn't have even asked him that. At least not while the cameras were rolling. He seemed very perplexed when Fisch mention the crab leg incident. Like he's been disconnected from the sports world the past year. Almost like he wanted Jameis to tell it all.
What he said last night was pure crap. I know that for a fact.

Ya who is dumb enough to believe his "hook up" story?
He said they got a hook up with a cake from the same guy a week earlier. Then the same person hooks him up with crab legs?
So unless publix now sells cakes and crab legs in the same department, he is making stuff up again. That would require two different employees in on it, which he made it seem like it was only one employee. And it's not like you pay for items anywhere other than the front of the store. Why would he presume that any employee working in the seafood department can give him free stuff when all they do is tag the item for the checkout?

The only way he could have gotten "hooked up" was if the seafood clerk had printed out a blank tag and written "no charge" on there. We typically will do that if we mess up a customer's order, are late getting them their order, etc. The guy working that night didn't do that, so the only other way it could have happened was if he had gone through checkout and the cashier conveniently didn't scan them, which we all know he didn't go through checkout.
I talked to the guy Tuesday night after my buddy texted me what Winston had said, and I straight up asked him what happened that night. He said he never hooked him up or anyone as long as he's been at Publix, and never would. Could he be lying? Sure, but I don't think he was.

Right. I'd imagine if you charge someone $20 for seafood and tag it out that at the end of the night if that item isn't checked out, obviously something happened. Over time I'd assume mgmt would catch onto this.
LOL he literally threw FSU under the bus! Admitting to receiving free stuff? Wow.

Management would because they'd notice their quantity on hand doesn't match what the computer says it has on hand.
Jameis is the gift that keeps on giving. I know it's been said on here before that Jameis is intelligent based on his 3.2 or whatever it is gpa, but the guy is seriously lacking in common sense, and overall intellect.

Yea he did.. he obviously wasn't thinking this was gonna get out.I do believe he did get hooked up before and this time with the crabs. Look how calm he walked out the door almost like it was normal. If wanted to steal something im sure he would have just hid it under his shirt. Think about it.
