I'll let him share the particulars when he can, but as of a few hours ago, he had a diagnosis, and they were trying to get him in surgery ASAP. 

 

Suffice to say, the diagnosis wasn't what I'm sure he'd hoped for, and the wait to have the surgery almost certainly has to be a major concern.

Wow, hope he gets the surgery he needs and gets on the road to recovery soon.

I keep waiting for updates in this thread.  Hoping he's doing well.

His surgery has now been scheduled for Thursday morning.
