pure guess
only inside info i get is from the magic 8 ball
Offensive staff officially revamped.
then let's give Scelfo the title of Asst QB Coach
Clearly Gus has thought this out in terms of the TEAM of Coaches he wants to Work Together as a Unit to jump-start the Offense and help make Blake Bortles successful in this league while making the Jags relevant as well.

If he's being retained, it's a very interesting change to the offense moving forward with a coordinator who has proven he can work with young QBs, and 2 position coaches focused on getting Bortles better. Think they're determined to make sure that draft pick was worth it?
I am guessing that this last hire ends the Offense Staff shakeup and we can now get down to the real down and dirty arguments about how lousy these hires were.
As for me, I am very well pleased that Gus got the people he wants because in the end, its on him to turn this ship around.

Agreed. Let's see what he can do with a staff that suits his wishes. Hopefully it makes a big difference. Otherwise they'll all be unemployed a year from now!
Assistant QB coach? Maybe offensive assistant/QB & WR? Maybe off the staff once the Hackett hire is done?
They definitely have much more experience on the offensive staff now.
I heard the title: "Passing Game Coordinator / QB Coach"

From where?
Just a rumor on Big Cat Country.
Apparently this guy is just as energetic as Gus. Hope he does well!
Regarding this flurry of Coaching signings after an extensive search, is this a prelude to the type of excitement we will experience during the Player Free Agent Signing Period?
I can hardly wait for all of this to unfold.
Super Bowl
Combine
Free Agency
Draft
Mini-camps
Pre-season
Season
Playoffs????
A boy can dream can't he?
If the offense does not improve now it never will.
