Bama...if anyone watched that Auburn game they had to be a little worried. They took a good punch from Auburn in the first half and they fired back in the second half.
If Jameis doesn't make turnovers they can hang with any team.

Big if right now though. He has been a turnover machine in the first half. For me, if he can limit his INT's to like 1 in the first half, I would be happy. Bama is a solid team all the way around and they know how to win in the end, but so do we. It'll come down to Jameis limiting turnovers and making big plays in the 4th quarter and us slowing down the run game and not getting killed on big plays. We did a pretty good job of limiting florida on the run, better then I thought.

Clueless morons? As opposed to message board geniuses?
They are picking the best teams right now - not when Baylor beat TCU.
And when did undefeated become more important than strength of schedule? If undefeated were so important we'll only see more teams schedule Florida Deaf and Blind, and we see enough of that already.

once jameis faced a high caliber defense, florida's, he showed his true colors. i like what jimbo did in the second half to limit the turnovers, but alabamas defense is close to as good as floridas, and their offense is a lot better. sims has had a couple bad outings, the first half of the auburn game being one of them, and they still put up over 40.
it wont be close if bama plays fsu.

You can't predict these types of games. You can, but let me give you an example of what I mean. If arkansas blew out ole miss before the alabama game, would you have given ole miss any shot at winning? Nope, none. There is no dominant team. Bama is not dominant and they have holes just like every team in college football right now. Auburn put up 44 points on them. Anyways, you are certainly entitled to your opinion, but I would love for it to get played out on the field.
As far as Jameis goes, no doubt he has struggled. He has made plays when he has needed to in most games and we have been able to run effectively with Cook who is going to be (and already is) a really good back. The offensive line has been pretty disappointing this year in pass protection. They've gotten better RB (much improved from the first few games). Sims played Auburn and their D coordinator was fired so I'm not sure how much that says for Auburn's D. Anyways, hopefully we will be able to see the game and won't have to rely on what we think.

for the first two weeks i said i think ole miss is the best team in the country, ever since then i have said that i think bama is the best around. once things clicked for blake sims it was pretty much over.
i understand they have holes but they are still dominant. if arkansas played ole miss again and again and again, i think the majority would be close games. of course there is always the off game by one team while the other team is firing on all cylinders. so im sure that fsu COULD wind up beating bama. but if they played 10 times, i would say bama would win 9, at least.

44 points is a lot of points to put on a good defense.
At least 9 out of 10 :woot:. Might as well say 10 out of 10.

9 out of 10 gives them room for that bad game.

They have had more then one bad game this year alone. They beat 7-5 WV by 10 points, lossed to Ole Miss (who got crushed by Arkansas), beat 6-6 Arkansas by 1 point, beat 8-4 LSU by 7 and allowed 44 points against 8-4 Auburn. Bama is fortunate to have 1 loss. And FSU is fortunate to be undefeated. I just think you are giving Bama more credit then they deserve.

Obviously.
Also amazing for a team to have this much negative attention to keep winning. I'm not sure I've seen this much turmoil during a season and a team respond the way FSU has on the field. It is pretty amazing.

thats such a lame statement. i hate when teams talk about distractions and how they will handle them. all they need to do is play football. no one is sitting there on a third and long thinking...... my qb stole some crab legs and he has to go to a hearing for some other stuff.
i guarantee it doesnt even cross their minds. when youre on the field youre focused on football. not this "turmoil."
stop trying to give your team fictitious props.

I think it absolutely impacts the team. It can effect practice, locker room, scrutiny, mentally wear on you... it has an impact.

the only game it effected them in was the one where jameis was suspended. everything else its pretty much been a non issue.

If Nick Marshall can throw for over 400 yards on Bama, I'm confident Jameis can have success.
