Quote:[BAD WORD REMOVED].. are you seriously comparing rookies arob, hurns, and technically 2nd year rookie in robinson to freaking steve johnson, fred jackson, spiller, and the rest of their veteran offense?

come on man... sheesh. I don't even know what to say right now.

Oh, and btw, yeah I know Johnson plays for 49ers now, before you bring that up. You're a trip man, you make me laugh Smile

Glad i got a smile out of you. But Spiller, Jackson, and Stevie Johnson have regressed big time, shall we look at stats from all of them, Stevie doesnt even start anymore. Spiller had 2 TD's last year, he was injured all the time, and Steve Johnson had 3 TD's last year with 500 yards receiveing.. woah lot of talent
Quote:Wow, I guess he needs to learn how to throw to the sidelines!
If he did, would've been grounding
Quote:Defense wasn't good today. The turnovers were good but 31 points and 423 yards 191 of them rushing typically won't win the game for you. 6-13 on 3rd down as well.

191 rushing yards...

I wonder why!

NH3...
Quote:Bortles looks worse than Manuel ever has

This is just dumb

I really don't know if you're trolling or not at this point. I tip my hat off to you for the attempt though man.

Nobody in their sane mind would say Jags offense is better than Fred Jackson, CJ Spiller, Sammy Watkins and crew... but I tell ya, you had me going man. Mission accomplished for you brother... I need to take some tips for you when I feel like trolling someone, to make sure I'm successful and whatnot!
Quote:I know you literally can't be that stupid to try and compare Bortles to Manning.

I really wish I hadn't wasted a post on this, because nobody can be that stupid, but you're really trying to accomplish that much stupidity.

Good job!
Was pretty much sarcasm. Point being the dropped potential INTs happen to even the best.

I like to compare their rookie stats as Bortles goes along but I'd never mean Bortles = Manning

Edit:

There's dropped pick #2 for Peyton tonight
Quote:This is just dumb

He's been drinking like I have, but he's taking it to another level! Haha.
Quote:No it still remains mostly the same. A big play here or there, an extra first down here or there, but overall mostly the same.

You really think that were getting rushing yards based on the other team being scared of Bortles? Come on man... seriously... come on. Smile

Sorry, I didn't catch your sarcasm. Totally whooshed and thought this was serious on your part.
Quote:This is because EJ Manuel is complete crap and Kyle Orton has never been a bad QB.

What is your point?

Bills plugged Orton in and they look like a different team, we plug Bortles in and it remains the same.

Point?
I have to disagree with it remains the same, by no means am I defending our color blind Rookie QB, but the offense is much better now than it was with Henne and that's easy to see, Blake has some growing to do and I remain hopeful he will begin making strides in the right direction and also hopefully the rest of the garbage on the field today will get cleaned up, ST was just awful and has been pretty much all year, the shooting ourselves in the foot has got to stop

Well the only reason I said that was because countless ESPN analysts have been saying Bortles is on pace to reach Mannings record so he's going to turn it around in his sophomore year, when nobody in their sane mind would be saying anything like that unless he actually proved it. Manning is someone you don't compare another person too unless you have a right to.

Was he not out of the tight end zone? I can't remember without re watching

You're also overlooking the fact that Robinson is getting many more touches with Blake than he was with Henne. Who's to say that Henne with Robinson starting wouldn't have looked serviceable?

With Henne, you'd get the same production from Robinson, but less INT's (At least for the time being)... and I in no way like Henne starting, but realistically, you could plug Henne in today with Robinson starting and have the same results.

So you would pick a 7yr vet over a rookie qb just because the result would be the same.

Do me a favor look up the word 'potential'
Bortles is flat out lying saying he tried to throw that interception away. He had a clean pocket and just threw another one of his patented ducks.

I like it....I like it, going completely farcical and advocating for henne. Well played.

Do ME a favor, and go back through my posts before you look like an idiot.

Bortles has not been progressing this year and has looked worse more often than better.

I made a post in the game thread for today telling people that wanted regressing QB's and game managers to go root for another team.

We do not have the coaching to coach Bortles through his mistakes. It's pretty clear.

But carry on...please!

Umm.. clueless much? LOL

No really, I like how making a point makes it seem like I'm advocating for Henne to start... you know, the guy that wouldn't have us anywhere near anything positive for years to come.

But no, I like that you made an attempt to make me look like a doofus, it shows potential in you, how, I don't know.

Wouldn't call scrambling up away from a blitz a "clean pocket" but ok.

So you don't like regressing qbs, game managers or rookie quarterbacks that make mistakes.

You realise peyton manning and tom Brady wasn't as good when they first started right? You need patience with them..

I don't remember very many times where someone said they meant to throw it away but threw an interception... if you don't know how to throw the ball away, clearly you're not the QB for an NFL team.
