Quote:That's fine just as long he's not running the offense next year I don't care where he ends up. I hope he does get a HC job, I've got nothing against him I just don't care for his offense. I want him to succeed but I don't see that happening here.
He'll be here next year.

He won't start gaining interest as a HC until the players start maturing into his system and begin executing it the way there supposed to.
One of my biggest gripes about the Bradley/Fisch combo is the lack of experience in their respective roles. I think it would have been beneficial to pair Bradley with an OC that had previous head coaching or extensive offensive coordinator experience in the NFL. The lack of experience on our coaching staff is glaring at times. I'm still keeping faith in both of them, but they have a lot of growing to do.

Also, the team has looked poorly conditioned at times. Early in the season, late in games, we always seemed more exhausted than the other team. 4th Quarter against Philly, the jags were moving in slow motion compared to the eagles. I think one of the reasons the D had a slow start to the season, was that none of these players had the proper endurance or conditioning to play at a peak NFL level. To me, this is Bradley s biggest failure of the season. Less speeches, more sprints next off-season.

Quote:LOL! Good point. In hindsight, no. But maybe it will help our fan base out with gaining such discipline Wink
You could just say that the whole concept is dumb as hell and save a lot of typing. See?

It's a non-issue because this was thought to be a multi-year plan, and that was sold to Kahn prior to starting this rebuild. Just because the mental midgets lack the intestinal fortitude to see it through doesn't mean that the owner and executives do not.
Quote:I dont see how shad can look at the rams, the titans, the redskins, and not realize just how bad this team is coached.

You are just trying way to hard. As if you had any credibility ...

Credibility..... Like Caldwell and Gus, right?
I think it's naive to think that gus will still be here with only 3 wins..... The most important thing will be for bortles to show end of year improvement. If he does that and we have 4 wins, gus is fine.

Cant have fewer than 4 and a regressing qb though..... I would think thatd scare dave into at the very least making a change at OC
Quote:Caldwell is way better at his job than Bradley. He needs to go.
?

if Gus isn't good at his job, then that is solid proof that Dave isn't good at his either....

.... or was the sarcasm font on and I just didn't catch it?
Before I fire Gus or Fisch, I'd fire the ST coordinator. So many blocked FGs is not close to acceptable.

To answer the original question: Chucky

Quote:I think the fact that the rams are better than us with Austin Davis should throw up red flags

Dude...they are starting 6-7 rookies on just one side of the ball as well as mostly 2nd-year players on defense....What part of that do you not understand and what makes you think any other coach would be successful under the same circumstances?

Ok, so then it's caldwell's fault for putting him in that position.

Should never have that much inexperience starting on one side of the ball

Relaaaaaaaaaaaaaax....

We're about to see huge leaps in all facets of the game. Fish and Bradley were not the problem Sunday. They may very well be fired, but it's not coming before the end of the season.

Let's see what happens the rest of the way.

You may be in for a surprise.

The team I saw Sunday, against a pretty decent Dolphins team, looks to be on the verge of putting it all together. Let's see what happens moving forward.

What part of "THAT WAS THE PLAN AND EVERYONE AGREED TO IT" is escaping your comprehension? Do you really just not get it?

Apparently he would rather have us waste our salary cap on all the mediocre free agents that were available and use our draft picks to trade for all the vets that other teams no longer want so we can build an aging .500 ball club that by next year will be on a steep decline with no draft picks or cap space to bring in new talent.

So kinda like the Raiders?

What part of "it was a bad plan" are you not getting?

"Lets throw 6 or 7 rookies out there, just as an experiment. Im sure it'll be fine."

He tried to sign Emmanuel Sanders. He tried to sign Alex Mack. He did sign Doss and Gerhart. Both got hurt, and one looks to be less than advertised.

That would have cut the number of offensive rookie starters to 2 or 3 if everyone stayed healthy. (Shorts included.) It's not like Caldwell set out to start 6 rookies on offense.

All this whining about starting rookies from a guy that called Caldwell all sorts of names for NOT starting a rookie QB is absolutely laughable.

Starting the rookie qb was a no brainer, he was the best player at his position on the roster. He obviously didnt offer those guys enough money.

But the picks are still "unforgivable" right? You can't have it both ways.
