Spending less by getting rid of Obamacare could end up costing a whole lot more.

Up to 3 million jobs in the health sector and other areas would be lost if certain key provisions of the Affordable Care Act are repealed by Congress, a new report said Thursday.

At the same time, ending those provisions could lead to a whopping $1.5 trillion reduction in gross state product from 2019 through 2023, according to the study.

Wow! Some Leftist professor proclaimed this from his Ivory Tower. Let's all hold hands and sing Kumbaya.

It is, the dude's hysterical.
My wife is a nurse, and she thinks this is bunk. They didn't see any notable increases as a result of Obamacare, and she works for one of the largest hospitals in Georgia.. They begged for more manpower and didn't get it. Struggling to think of a position, there may be a few specifically employed to assist with Obamacare implementation, but all those jobs do is increase the cost since the hospital simply moves the cost onto the patients.

Your wife represents a great sample size.

The hospital she works in is the sample size. That's probably larger than the sample the Ivory Tower leftist had.
