I think Blake thrives off of pressure, which of course is a great quality to have in a franchise QB.

In other words, Bortles wants to be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and do whatever it takes to win. This guy has the mental makeup everybody wants.

No, it's nothing ground breaking, but interesting nonetheless.  It shows that his routine hasn't been altered in any way beyond the fact that instead of taking mental reps during practice, he's the guy taking the actual snaps now.  It did show the dedication he has to getting better based on the fact that he is getting there at 6 every morning, studying film, doing their daily training, meeting, and practice routine, and then ending the day with more film study in the evening.  It's also interesting to hear him talking about how helpful Henne has been through this entire process, and how he's right there with him studying the film, breaking it down with him.  I guess the value you see in these things depends on your perspective.

I like the fact that there's collaboration between the OC and the QB, and that there's give and take on both sides.

Agreed, it's a good sign on both sides.  I like that Blake sees things he doesn't like and can voice his opinion to make changes.  I also like that Jedd is collaborating with him and adding things in as well.
