It isn't a waste of time though. Reporters and media have to write columns, blogs, and have pieces for T.V. 

The whole 10 minutes wasted made a bunch of peoples work day.

So...

let's say you're a fry cook. But everyone thinks fries are a waste of time.... so they don't order any. Now McD's has no use for you. So you get fired... or demoted to toilet cleaner...

I find it quite interesting that you're griping about how uninteresting this press conference was, and how Blake could have been doing something better with his time.  You seem to be getting awfully worked up over something that's pretty insignificant in your eyes.  Were you forced to watch? 

My goodness, what has happened to our board? Arguing over the importance of a friggin press conference? Anyway Blakes awesomeness allowed him to just project a hologram of himself  to the presser while he was also studying film and throwing passes.

Nobody ever said anything like that. All we are saying is 10 minutes of answering questions is not a waste of time. You have not been able to explain why it is.

Exactly. During the preparations for the presser, the video showed Blake throwing the ball around during practice this morning.

Edit:  I do think press conferences are important.  While he may not answer any life changing questions, you can get a feel for their mind set.

I would rather have too much coverage than not enough, just me.

No I listened to it while driving to lunch and was just pointing out how dumb they are.

 

Guys like Vito don't hold back any punches like calling for other people to get fired... so, im sure these kinds of reporters can handle some guy on a message board saying mean things about em

Life is about balancing responsibilities so you can make the most of the time you are given. If without the 10 minutes or hour he could have been studying film he didn't improve to become elite then he was never going to be elite in the first place.
