Yes, but he has been incredibly spastic as of late. You never know what his mindset is, given the fact that he's not that bright to begin with.

I think you can get more than a 6th from someone for a young and proven receiver. Anything can happen down the stretch. Marqise Lee, AR-15, and Hurns, along with Sanders and Brown step up and a team like Green Bay or Seattle have a man go down, I think there's a chance at a 4th

Most people on the board seem to want the Jags to sign him to a 2nd contract. I'm just laying down the parameters or rather limits to not reach.

I'm guessing Shorts' agent is going to be using the Decker contract as a template
