Yeah i dont recall the game but he got smacked straight helmet contact, came out for a minute then went right back in. Credit to his toughness but that's terrifying in so many ways.

Tony is a fragile old quarterback that when not broken happens to be very good at this whole football thing. If the goal is to win games I fail to see enough positives in our alternatives that make me ok with not taking the risk.

I'm all for bringing in Romo. But he probably wants to go to an immediate Super Bowl contender (ie not us).

The only immediate superbowl contender is Denver, but who knows if theyre even interested. Unless their next coach wants to shoot for the stars immediately, I imagine they try to build around semian for now and see if they can get paxton going too. Tyrod could also be in play cause i think theres reports Elway likes him.
Other than that its us and the bears, I think the bears get the nod there but it's certainly not an astronomical difference.
2018 is the year to draft a QB. Let Bortles play next year and then get your QBoTF in 2018.
