Trial and error, making mistakes, falling down, etc. One of the best teachers out there.

Warnings and bans are overrated. I've seen first hand what some of the red names warn for and it can be pretty stupid and uncalled for. Itchy trigger fingers around here.

I won't disagree with that sometimes....but I still have to take some blame because I'm ultimately responsible for my own actions. I talk it all the time about generation/ self responsibility, etc etc...well.....I have to walk the walk.
