Quote:Completely disagree.

Care to elaborate?
Quote:Again, Khan said they could possibly draft 2 QB'S and they already knew then that they were going to try and resign Henne. It has zero impact. If they really like a guy in a round and represents value then they'll draft him. They are no more or less likely to draft 2 QB'S regardless of what they did with Henne.

Exactly.

This is not hard to follow.
Quote:It's lying season.   I swear we're not gonna take Bridgewater!   I swear!   No, really.   We're not taking him.   You don't need to trade up ahead of us to get him.   He'll fall right down the draft board.   Don't waste your time trading with St. Louis to get him, because you don't need to get ahead of us to get him.   I swear.   Really.   Seriously.
Bingo

Khan has said a lot of things....not all of them have played out.

Just going out on a limb that you are a poster that was banned yesterday?

It really doesn't have anything to do with what he said. And everything to do with common sense. Signing Henne to a two year deal will have impact on their draft plans.

Let me guess.. You're gonna be one of the Pfizer customers if this team doesn't draft YOUR QB of choice?

You are missing my point. He didn't say they would sign 2 QB'S. The possibility of them signing 2 QB'S is the same regardless of Henne.
Anyone other than Bridgewater, Clowney or Manziel in the 1st and I'd be dissapointed.

I've already elaborated.

Nope, just don't like his attitude regarding my previous post

Sorry, didn't see.. I still think they draft only one QB now with the 2 year signing of Henne.. Carrying 3 QB's on a team with this many holes on the roster doesn't make sense..

You baited that wiseman101 guy pretty well, the convo between you guys was hilarious.

I disagree. Signing Henne already alters potential QB selections in the draft. They will not take 2 QB in this draft now. That possibility did exist, had they not re-signed Henne. They will not carry 3 QB on the active roster, and they will not be cutting Henne with that contract. Too much to eat.

Quote:I disagree. I especially believe it will positively affect the quantity of QB selected in the draft, i.e. forget 2 now, they will prob just draft one.

I never wanted to draft 2 QBs.  I think that'd be a waste of time.

Time no, roster space and draft pick, yes..

It is highly, highly unlikely that the team would going to go into the draft with Gabbert and Matt Scott as the only QB's on the roster. If not Henne, it would have been another veteran. Today's re-signing changes nothing.
