Man that sucker's gonna be huge and just oozing with awesomeness..

Pretty damn sick. And they are not messing around getting these things built. Guys were out there today working.

Looks like the first couple of panels for the SEZ boards are going in!

Yeah, it's amazing how quickly the structure is going up in the SEZ.
Are there still more supports going up in the SEZ or is that left support in the picture the end of the new scoreboard?

Seems like another support will be needed, doesn't it?

Looks a little off center from the angle of the camera. I would think so though.

Camera angle causing that illusion. If you saw that from the field it will be even. The board will extend past that last support.
I wonder how much these will affect wind flow? A nice thing to know in September and October.
I wonder if the SEZ will get a little shade relief I'm sure later in the game it will.

Yeah, I wondered about that as well.  Fortunately, my seats are right next to a tunnel, so we get a constant blast of wind from that, but in September, getting a breeze from anywhere is appreciated.

I doubt the new scoreboard is going to provide much more relief than the old one did since the sun is normally broiling directly over the stadium for the day games.  Both end zones get more shade from the sides of the stadium than from the end zones.
I have tried to find a size comparison of our new screen versus others, like the Cowboys, but have had no luck. Has anyone seen any?

No need. Biggest in the world. Ever. :woot:
Cowboys Stadium: 180' x 72'

Reliant Stadium: 277' x 52'

Everbank Field:  348' x 52'

Thanks but I was hoping there would be some kind of visual side by side comparison ( though I did not make that very clear in my post) just so I can marvel at all of its greatness!

Man I can't wait for the Men's friendly game to get a sneak peek at it!

Doesn't show our new one on there (has the old one), but it is wider than the texan's board.

After more digging I found it.  The colored small one is our old board and the new ones are all the way at the top.
