This game he is for sure. But he'll still fetch 180+ K's and 14+ wins a season.

For a guy that's supposed to be an ace, he's not having a great start. He's still a good pitcher and he's playing on a good team so I think he'll definitely turn it around. I hope, at least.

With the amount of arm talent he has, the issue has to be a pea brain.

Strasy is too good not to turn it around. Don't listen to the doom and gloom. Pitchers are gonna have off days. Especially at the start of the season. They follow a rhythm like all the other players. Now of Strasy is still this way heading into the all star break, thats cause for concern.

I really can't say anything though.. I like the doom and gloomers. They panic over a start or two and start dropping players like hot cakes.. Yup.. matter of fact, TMD, now's the time to drop Prince Fielder.. He's garbage and isn't gonna do anything for ya this season..

The problems he's having now isn't anything to do with his arm - which is essentially what your side was arguing. He's still generating close to if not the best K rate of his career. His velocity is also right where it should be.
The problem is obviously between his ears.
So, you can remember taking that side of the argument all you want. While you technically might be seeming correct in the outcome, its not happening for the reasoning you stated.
