When I turned in for the night I was up 5-4 and I think one game was going on. Lost the batting average in that time.

 

My hitting was huge last week and failed me this week.

Like I told Trav.. My hitters are average to below average for fantasy baseball.. But my pitching staff is god like.. I should sweep you on pitching, and then all I have to do is take one hitting category.. And as well as a couple of my hitters have been playin lately (Napoli, Werth, Soriano and Howard), I should take a category in hitting somewhere..

"God like"??? Really? I won the majority of the pitching categories and that is with two on the shelf, one being arguably the best in game.

I agree your pitching is strong...but even great pitchers can have an off game here and there....its not like all of your starters are going to go 32-0 with 0.59 ERA's and 350 K this year...

 

I just hope this  week is one of their off weeks. :yes:

I'm not gonna deny that at all.. I've fell victim to that many times..

My only concern is batting.. I just need to hit for average..

The only downside with those 2, (other than injuries) is that they pitch their home games in hitter friendly parks.

Playing the what if's game is easy. If my hitters did what they did week one, at worst we tie. If pitching stayed the same, I sweep. Come on now.

How I drafted is a huge risk/reward thing. It'll either completely kill me, or I'll annihilate everyone..

It's not a what if, did you see the numbers that Yu put up in his first game back off the DL? I had him on my bench when he played that game (my fault).. His stats alone could have helped sweep you lol
