It sucks that the guys you drafted for power (EE, Prince, Bryce, and McCann) have a combined 9 Home Runs. Bryce being out hurts a lot, but EE, Prince, and McCann should be good for at least 80 HRs.

 

McCann's swing was built for Yankee Stadium. A left handed pull hitter playing 1/2 his games with that short LF porch? I'm not worried about EE. I'm a little worried about Prince, but hes a professional hitter and the ball flies at Texas in the summer. Even a "down year" for Prince should yield some nice numbers in Arlington.

Yeah, I figured McCann and Fielder would be mashing at their new parks. 

 

I also like Leonys Martin. If Ron Washington would extract his head from his [BAD WORD REMOVED], and insert Martin to one of the 2 top spots in the lineup where he belongs, (but preferably leadoff), Martin would be an absolute fantasy baseball stud. His talents are being wasted at the bottom of that lineup. He's a consistent .300 hitter, but with 15-20 HR potential, and 50+ steal potential, which means over 100 runs could be totaled easily for him at that spot of the order.

I just root for my regular team first, fantasy bb team success 2nd. Stick with that mindset and theres no conflict of interest.

I never said he's lived up to the elite status as a pro. I said he was an elite prospect. And he was. Numero uno in fact, by Baseball America back in 2010 or 09. 

 

Not sure how me saying I like the Phillies factors into all of this though. 

 

You have a habit of putting words in peoples mouths. 

I'm well aware of where Heyward was rated. I'm also well aware that he is a limited player who struggles hitting lefties. He will never be as good as he was hailed to be and this is pretty obvious to anyone who knows baseball.
