^^^^^ THIS!
Good hire by Houston. Can't be helped on the Jags part.

All the Jags organization has to do is get even better than their competition.

Worrying about other teams isn't a good way to build your own.

Sir, I approve this post!

Oh please, you have been critical of this team like once in the past decade. You made like one single anti-JDR post (which you pretty much later retracted) and all of a sudden you consider yourself someone who has shown they can be objective about the team. ....

You may say I am negative, (and it indeed has everything to so with the past 14 years of the state of this team) but you and many that post here, are the complete opposite. Nothing seems to bother any of you regarding the performance of this team and its decision making in the front office over that span.

You're generally negative, and he's generally positive.

You've been the opposite of what you've said FBT has been. The difference is that we've seen FBT refrain from judgment in the absence of evidence, where you just jump off the deep end. I've seen him admit he was wrong. I've never seen that from you.

I've never seen FBT admit a Jags take wrong. Not even Leftwich.

Thanks. There's no point in curling into a ball when the going gets tough. I think that's what Bradley's instilling in his players.

Like with Ken Whisenhunt in Tennessee,  Bill O' Brien will be calling plays in Houston in 2014.  As much as both offer as playcallers to their respective teams,  it's that much more difficult to manage a game and handle all of the other Head Coach responsibilities when you are also calling Offensive plays.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the dual roles either. Didn't like it when Coughlin was doing it. As a matter of fact, I'll go so far to say that might have cost us that 1st Tennessee game in 1999. Coughlin went with emotion (as he was prone to do at times) and called that fateful play that led to the INT to seal the Titans win in the left corner of the EZ. I think an OC not going on emotion might have called a running play in that situation as they were right at the doorstep, and really only needed a FG to tie with time running out in the 4Q

I will guess that one or both of these HC's won't continue with this long term and a seperate OC will be brought in by 2015 or the following year for one or both.
