.....or there was a freezer below ground freezing the surface, I guess.... Laughing

Locations reporting "freezing rain" when the temp is 33 or above is bogus.
So that's where Fezz came up with it on "That 70's Show"?

So you're saying concrete...or asphalt...don't retain their temperatures? I think you need to look into that a little further.

Because the air is 33 or 35 degrees, doesn't mean that the surfaces that it is falling onto aren't colder.  It's not that hard to understand.

In other news: Maserati thefts are on the rise.

I am tired of hearing people say, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."

No, that is not the definition of insanity.

Waiting for a package to be delivered then finding out ups screwed up and your not getting the package today.

Putting together something and the directions are generic and don't exactly match what you purchased.

That always sucks. Especially when it tells you to do something, you do it. Then keep reading and it says "after you have installed part c"

Why don't you tell me to install part c first, then tell me to do what I just did.

Or the instruction booklet is longer than my college thesis and written in 12 different languages!!

Stuff you get at a hardware store are particularly bad about it. The grill and the lawnmower that I recently purchased had directions that encompassed multiple models. And you look at the picture in the directions and it doesn't even look like what you have.

I take it you've never put together anything from Ikea...
