In life, I live by many rules, but these two rules come to mind in this moment:


1) Don't get between a momma bear and her cubs

2) Don't get between a stalker and his / her infatuation.

The Patriots would have made Bortles great. That's the difference between a good ball club and posers. We've been duped over the past 4 years. Everyone was trying to be optimistic, but our coaches have held this team back from developing. Not to say that we have never had any talent, or that we don't have a lot of talent now. But our coaches have no idea how to manage that talent.

That's what happens when you have a bottom 5 defense every year for the past four years. Ask the Chiefs how they win every year- top 10 defense past 5 years under Andy Reid. It's not because of Alex Smith.
