Chubb - 1
QB - 4
Guice, Michel, etc - 33
Maybe I'm getting wooshed here but Chubb isn't going anywhere near #1.
Edit: you prob don't mean Chubb from Georgia. My bad.

I'm not saying vertically challenged guys can't have success in the league, but QBs under 6'2" that actually have the skill and mental toughness to overcome some of the limitations that their height presents are few and far between. Under 6'1" is going to make it even tougher. All the defensive linemen and linebackers are bigger and faster than the guys they might have been beating in college. Obviously there are currently guys in the league who are short and really good like Brees and Wilson which I guess makes some fans think that height of the QB isn't a big deal any more. If you go back through history though you just won't see really anyone else at their height that's had much of any sustained success. Mayfield is taller than both of those guys, but he's in this height range that really doesn't usually produce a lot of success at the next level so would a team overlook that and select him in the top 10? I have my doubts.
I want height in a QB. When I think of Tom Brady, I see him standing tall in the pocket, patting the ball and calmly searching for an open downfield receiver; with Roethlisberger, I also picture him standing tall with 3 defenders hanging on him. OTOH, when I think of Russell Wilson, Brees, Manziel/Manzier, et al, I see them running around like the house is on fire.
Also, try to appreciate how remarkable Drew Brees is, given his height. That man is special.

Now, I'm thinking maybe they could go FA: Kaepernick, Geno Smith, Fitzpatrick, Matt Moore, Cutler.
But I don't know about that either. So I'm going to say ... they give up a draft pick for ... Jacoby Brissett!
... Or also, yea they probably just draft a QB.
There was a cockiness to the way he phrased it that made me think it would be something unexpected and out of left field. Kaepernick or a trade up to the early first are the two things that immediately come to mind. However, Dave's always good at not showing his hand though, so who really knows.
There is no way the Jaguar's sign Kaepernick. Not after the cops are pigs socks. The Jaguars have to much respect for the military, police, first responders and fire department to sign a player that would disrespect every police officer with such apparel. Not to mention what it would do to the locker room.
