Quote:It's Heath and Gabe with the group that picked Heath up by the bridge.
I was wondering when Heath would come back. They didn't kill him off on screen but I'd imagine he's gone soon from the show since he's now on the new 24 reboot show.

I thought they would hold his character for the Whisperer's hello, but who knows at this point.
Someone on another forum mentioned them as the garbage pail kids or something like that. I'm not familiar with the comics so I don't know if they exist in the comics or not. Definitely not the Oceanside group because there were men in there.
Nope, no GPK in the walking dead.
Should be interesting.

The all female group isn't Oceanside as depicted in the comics, OS doesn't appear until later in the canon.
Anyone else's stomach turn with the "group walk" cliche?
They repeated the gag a few times during the episode (and at the end of the previous episode.)
So cheesy... everyone seemed to be spaced out in their own world.

Gotcha. I thought someone here (or somewhere) referred to them as the Oceanside community. When my husband and i watch it I call them the Amazons as a nod to Wonder Woman's people. Lol
Holy [BLEEP] my wife just blew my mind again. She watched the last episode again if anyone has it DVR the opening scene when Gabriel is leaving in the car at the very last second someone pops up in the passenger seat. Who the hell is that?!?

Now I'm going to have to watch that part again.

That was the mysterious taped boot person from the boat and the post credits scene from episode 8. The question is did Gabe know the person was there or not.

Wonder if it's the new group we see Rick with at the end?

That's my thought, maybe this is one of the places where the comic and show diverge a bit. Could be an early introduction of the Next Big Bad or a completely new group like the FemComm we've seen this season.
I missed anyone mentioning it, but my favorite part had to be the cable cutter. Maybe a little cheesy, but far too satisfying to watch to really complain about.

So...uh, those cars don't go in reverse? We just ride up to the hoard, jump out and have a look around? Sheesh.

I love how the gasoline has not fouled after so many years, too.

The entire fuel systems in the cars would be gummed up.

Based on the explosives set up it's reasonable that those cars were put there by the Saviors in the not too distant past. Yeah they were old, but that doesn't mean that they weren't maintained up to that point. Minimal suspension of disbelief there. Takes more to believe that they have a continually full tank for that Tahoe they keep driving all over Virginia, not too many gas stations at the exit ramps these days.
Guys it's a show about zombies and a revolver that never runs out of ammo. Belief was suspended along time ago.

Also keep in mind that the current season started on day +628 of the global outbreak. So even though the characters age due to real life seasons, it's only been technically 21/22 months of total time.
