Dems want to be loud and the Rep base just sits back and watches. I honestly believe if this continues we’ll lose the party that has been traditionally labeled Democrat for one more in line with socialism.
There's actually so much hate among democrats that they're starting to hate each other. I can totally see the party splitting allowing for an easy Trump re-election.

East Asian Philosophy, so...yes, I guess a fortune cookie is closest simile your brain could comprehend.
Maybe "there's no honor among thieves" is more your speed?
You all need to do a little searching outside your insulated boxes. There was a lot of backlash against Obama after he was elected. Of course, that was probably fake news to those who have been dutifully Trumpified.

Which reached
nowhere near the level and intensity of what we see today. You can keep making futile comparisons but it's not working.

I didn't see riots in the streets. I didn't see people get Obama hats ripped off their heads. Antifa? Yeah, that's a leftest group that was strangely silent for 8 years. What about Occupy Democrats, oh yeah, they were silent for 8 years too.
The point is those of us on the right do not use the tactics of the left to get our point across

They weren't silent at all, strangely or not. 2011. Occupy Wall Street

They were still protesting the capitalist system that makes people able to provide for their families the way they see fit. We are not a Socialist country and never have been

It was mostly that yes.
There was a vocal and more informed minority there who simply said that an institution which is too-big-to-fail should be broken up into smaller institutions that compete with each other. You know as our ancestors back in the 1890s figured out.
In any case there were plenty of protesters out and about during the Obama administration so your initial point was wrong.

His point about violent protests was absolutely correct.

Right, because the guy who shot up the congressional baseball practice after confirming it was the republicans on the field, he wasn't perpetrating an act of "deadly political violence", right? That one wasn't even blamed on the gun by libs. I understand why you're completely ignoring it because you can't fit it into a leftist narrative.

(1) my memory tricked me and I thought Obama was still President when that happened.
(2) only the perp died, so, not sure if it fits in the category
(3) maybe we shouldn't have elected a person who never backs down from inflaming things further. Go back to archival footage of men who calmed real tough situations. Look what Bush 41 said during the LA riots. Can you imagine Trump saying similar things? I can't.

Yes, it's always Trump's fault that lefties shoot congresspersons. JFK, Reagan, and Gabby Giffords are totally behind you.

I didn't say anything about any of those earlier incidents.
But, since you're playing that game, the Manson girls were righties.

Which part? The Manson girls tried to kill Gerald Ford and they were trying to establish white supremacy.

Not quite as insightful as "revenge is a dish best served cold", but I'll allow it.
