I seriously think we have the talent to compete. But it's our coaching staff and the SCHEME that's killing us. It's time to make decision now to replace all of the coaching staff. It will put this season down; but it's already that way with this staff. 4 years and some really good drafts, this is all we can crank out? Pathetic......
