Defense did great job holding to a FG there.
Fire Olsen at the minimum. Promote Hackett. Then fire Gus and promote Maronne.
17-16 Jags win. Team needs to believe. I don't think we'll ever turn a corner with Gus as the coach but this game is winnable. The Bears are really bad.
