He is. My issue with medical marijuana is smoking it. There absolutely must be regulations preventing doctors from accessing the smoked version of the drug for me to support other people using it to medicate themselves.

What are your issues with smoking it rather than swallowing it? If it's prescribed by a legitimate doctor, for a legitimate reason, does the delivery system really make a difference?

Smoking marijuana is like smoking nicotine. If other people are around you, they breathe in toxic chemicals. Only the person marijuana was prescribed for should be able to get it.

Even as a constitutional amendment, it still has rules that must be followed. Painkillers are legal, but you can still be arrested for driving while impaired on them.

You don't smoke nicotine. You smoke tobacco. You smoke marijuana not THC. Nicotine and THC are likely no more harmful than caffeine.

Congrats on passing Medical. It's the only initiative I was really following. Hope that helps all the people that are addicted to pain meds and struggling with other chronic diseases.

LOL I stayed up hours after I was past ready to go to bed because presidential election results were taking forever to count. Fortunately the school issue (1 mill for operations) and a wildlife issue in Alachua County passed. A poster said way too early Amendment 2 (which I voted for) failed, so I was worried about that one. Keith Perry and Marco Rubio won, so I am pooped about those two races. Yes, it was a rough night, but it could have been worse.
