Guys. Relax. A wise man once said "it's never as good or bad as it looks out there". Especially the case this year with the mountain of injuries. Marrone will be back.
Who said Caldwell drafted 3/4 of the defence? Wrong. Let's see free agents or trades, Jackson, dareous, Campbell, church, Bouye, Gipson, and Hayden. That's 7 out of 11 starters in fa and one trade.
This is a below average offense with a solid defense. This team was luck away from 8-8 last year and even with street free agents we are plays away from 8-8. We have not developed an offense in 5 years. The plan didnt work. Injuries will be the legitimate excuse for the coaches.

Honestly why did we scapegoat Hackett? What has changed?

I think 2019 is going to be rough for us fans. Hopefully the team will get things lined up for strong pushes after that. We need to own the division and go from there.
I am just ready to sweep this season under the rug. Very disappointing follow-up to last season. I guess we had our one good run for the next 20 years.
Who sounds like a solid replacement? Aside from Coughlin.

nope only until nfl moves team to london. then Jags will start winning a lot cause they will be a big market team. NFL won't alloew a small market team like Jacksonville to win super bowl ever.

I’d take stability over changing out coaches just for the sake of change. Look at Gruden up in LA.

I said that as well in another thread, Marrone was making his bologna famous last year and everyone was riding his train. Now they want to put him on the cross.

Quote this - Imagine if the texans fired their coach last year after that showing they put up, and then fired him this year after an 0-3 start. Now they own the second seed in the AFC!!

What doomed the texans last year, injury and QB play. Dang that sounds so familiar!!

Marrone can coach and the Jags need the stability. Hopefully some of the radio heads from the Jacksonville media read this and make this a point tomorrow on the RADIO. Marrone should continue to be our coach.
I will post this here as well.......

No way we lose that game with bortles
Hahahaha you serious? Kessler was pressured all game so you know Blake would have had at least 3 turnovers.

You trippin.

The Jaguars couldn't be colder, and that could mean Doug Marrone's seat is only getting hotter. Marrone addressed his job security after Jacksonville lost to the Redskins, the Jaguars' ninth defeat in the
Bortles had 2 games this year where he threw more than one pick.

You are lying to yourself. I guess that's easier than admitting it has got worse since the change.

Bortles wasnt the reason we where losing. The defense lost us 5 of those games bortles lost us 2 coacheing cost us the rest
Man.

Give. It. Up.

Blake sucks and won’t be back. Move on from him.
Either way I'd rather bortles took some risks than the alternative where kessler still has a turnover and generates no offence all game

This team has been bad since week 5. With Blake or Kessler, it doesn’t matter. Neither QB can score points and lead and offense.

The difference (which is one everyone is making) is that Blake will be paid 21 million next year if he stays. Not worth it. Move on.

Who cares?!

It ends in a loss either way.
Umm, welcome to 10 weeks ago.
No it doesn't.We win today probably comfortably.

That is fine if we are tanking. If we aren't talking it's unacceptable not to reverse the change of qbs

That is called zero ability to read a defense. Kessler might actually have more turnovers if he actually had any ability to throw a pass. Hell, the cheerleaders almost had more receiving yards than the WRs with the ones he did throw. Bortles may have been inconsistent but your nuts if you believe Kessler is better.
He’ll get another year. Although, he sholders a ton of blame in all this.

Do you expect the team to indicate if we are tanking or not?
