4Nette was actually applauded for that speeding.

Glad it doesn't involve violence, drugs or a gun.
37 in a 25 zone isn't exactly running down old ladies.

now watch the commish suspend him for 3 games...lol

While I agree it's a very minor crime, the fact that he is this immature is more alarming. The crime doesn't really matter, it's the fact that he keeps doing dumb crap. He didn't pay a ticket. He's a millionaire, that's just irresponsible which he's shown to be consistently.

He's 24... I'm sure when you were 24 you were the shining example of responsibility, is that right? Never made any mistakes or showed any irresponsibility?

This.

He forgot to pay a ticket.  It happens more than you think.  In many instances the cop will ask if you can get someone to pick you up, and then issues a notice to appear.  My best friend had this happen to him and the cop let him walk. We went back and got his truck later.

Just glad it wasn’t something that would draw the ire of the league.

I agree. This wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m still not giving up on him.
How do you forget to pay a traffic ticket? Aren’t multiple warnings sent before action is taken?

Usually a person Will Not get arrested for this but his status was preyed upon in my opinion. Yes it was a dumb thing to do being that he definitely have the money plus you can even mail the payment in.

Some are all over him because of whom he is while disregarding that it could happen to anyone of us. Including myself. Been there Done that in my younger days.

NH3...

Nobody is doing that to be fair

Some of the postings that I've read proves otherwise. Some are acting as if they're personally affected by other's deficiencies.

Not from the judicial system and or the police department unless an warrant is issued. Tallahassee will send you a notice that your license will be suspended along/w your tag. Keep in mind that 4Nette wasn't in town during the off season.

When did he truly realize that he was delinquent prior to his arrest?

NH3...
Jags need to move on from him. hes to injury prone for one thing, and seems to be getting in more trouble then anything latley. Jags mainly need to move on from him due to him being injury prone.
Come on who cares. He’s 23 right? He’s a kid still, he didn’t hurt anyone or cause serious harm. This to me is a non issue
Its the NFL. Not paying a speeding ticket will get him 12 game suspension!!

This really should be a non story

I read it was an unpaid parking ticket, not a moving violation that got his license suspended.

When it happened to me twenty years ago (about LF's age)  they sent two notices.

One that it was a late payment, and one that it was about to result in a suspension. They are mailed to the address where the vehicle is registered. I was no longer living at that address but hadn't updated my license or registration to reflect that.  So I didn't see the notices until I went to collect old mail from the resident who contacted me.  I just took it to the DMV and paid an exorbitant fine to be reinstated.

Could have happened to him while he was working out in Wyoming for nearly two months. But he got pulled over before handling it.

Stupid? Yes. Big deal? Nah.

Do you think he gets suspended some games for this?

On the contrary, I think Coughlin puts a bug in Marrone's ear that Len is bored, and needs some extra reps in practices and preseason.

I also was not making a salary with mutliples of commas attached.
MANY things changed (including priorities, not just behaviors) when I entered the career workforce. Fair or not, these guys have to be responsible at that age if they are going to pursue the careers they do.

But yes, when I was roughly that age, I was in fact cited for a traffic offense, appeared in court, and paid my fine. It's not that hard.

Yes, fair or not these guys should be responsible.

Realistically, a lot of them are going to have some problems.

And in the grand scheme of assaults, DUIs, and off season issues.... this one is... meh.
Nothing to see here, pay fines and that's it.
BUUUUUUWWWAAAAAAAAA!!! Some of you folks better be careful. Don't fall off that horse. You'll break your necks?

This just in:

Brandon Linder washed his clothes on Tuesday, but he hasn't gotten around to folding some of them yet.

Coupled with his injury history and all of these stupid actions, he's clearly gotta go. Suspension imminent, may as well cut him now.
80 on Atlantic Blvd doesn't keep you in the flow of traffic most days.
