I'm not really confident in any of them, but if we have to, it better be Wells. At least he's not a complete dumpster fire like the other two.
Conley signing could play out to be genius. Hopefully he and Dede can carry the load until Lee is healthy.

I really like Doug's sense of humor sometimes.

I’ve been hoping for and speculating this development since they re-signed Cann to that cheap deal.

Glad to hear they seem open to Cann becoming depth.

Hopefully that's the case, having Cann as a backup would be solid. I guess it's up to how Richardson plays the next games and how Cann does at C as Marrone mentioned wanting to have a 7thOL on game day that can play it. I guess it's between him and Shatley, if Richardson shows to be reliable he'll start and one of them will be the backup.
Doug seemed pretty pleased with Richardson progress yesterday indeed.
I mean early preseason soreness and soft tissue injuries aren't uncommon. Gotta get that stuff out of the way before the regular season.
I just remember how down and out everyone on this board was after the 3rd preseason game of 2017.

Then they came out and smoked Houston.

Preseason is practice. The injuries suck but we still have 3 weeks before he season starts.
Looking forward to watching Richardson the rest of preseason. Either way it goes it's good news.
Life as a Jags fan eh? How many years have they taken off with the stress?!

Trying not to push the Welp button but it's been a rough two weeks. The worry is if this is what 2 weeks of training camp does to us, what will a 16 week season of proper football do?

Hopefully this is players getting 'football healthy', you need the bangs and knocks.

Although I am not a huge fan of Vaitai, he has improved tremendously since entering the league and he represents a huge upgrade over Ogbuehi and Wester. He's less than ideal, but considering what we have, it may not be a bad move to send a late round pick to the Eagles for Vaitai.
Would I take an upgraded patch at LT, for a late round pick, while Robinson continues to heal? ....absolutely. I have zero confidence in the backup OTs on the roster to protect Foles.
Robinson activated!

Jaguars coach Doug Marrone said LT Cam Robinson will come off PUP today. That comes two days after Marrone said he wasn't sure if Robinson would be ready for the season. Marrone said medical staff told him today they wear going to take him off and put him through individual drills. Marrone said he can't answer why that changed so drastically. "This morning I was told something different," he said. "Now I'm happy."
