Maybe the jags should’ve taken this same approach....
There are rumors that the Peters trade was to clear $$$ to go after Ramsey, so that's interesting.

Ramsey isn't going there

Player for player deal LB Kenny Young for CB Marcus Peters. They pretty much gave Peters away. I never thought Ramsey would go there anyway.

There was a pick involved which is currently unknown.

Rams need a corner worse than Phily now with Talib out and Peter's gone
My money is on Ramsey going to LA.  Why would the Rams put one CB on IR and trade the other away?

Talib is a FA after the year too so he wont be back

I can dig it as long as the compensation is right. NFC on a team that is mediocre. Big market, so whiney boy gets something he wants.

Could prove to be favorable to trade him to the Rams. Especially with Seattle and San Francisco running that division at the moment. Would place them in a good position via draft. Hopefully they can land a pick or two in next year's draft and the following draft. Doubtful a player is acquired to help the team out though. Higbee or Everett are serviceable at the TE position but not dynamic or threatening by any means.

L.A must love working with Caldwell and Coughlin. That's Fowler Jr. over there along with Blake Bortles. And now potentially Ramsey?

Fine by me. Peace!
Just send him to LA or philly already and be done with it

Yep, give them both a call and take the best offer. Rams have two 3rds and two 4th's next year. Jags get Rams' 1st, 3rd and 4th next year and 2nd in 2021. This would enable them to accumulate talent to replace Ramsay, Norwell and Campbell. Jags extend Yannick, who has been playing hurt.

Top 5 draft picks at bargain prices.

Yeah they must love him.
Plus let him enjoy California taxes

Lol!!

And Bortles on a new $30m a year deal.
Breathe easy.

He just got traded to the Rams for 2 firsts and a 4th.
Niiiiiice!! The drama is over and we got the 2 1st rounders! Now let's root for the Rams to lose.
Now they need to make those picks grow for them over the next two years. Don't be like the Raiders and drop all three in a draft or like Cleveland who blunders them all.

Move around. Build up for value for the next few years. Play the board. Add legitimate value that fits the scheme, mentality and long term leadership.
