And how many OL?

Just insane how behind this team is.

Chaisson was actually decent value, but I don’t see the need unless they envision him as a hybrid LB and designated pass rusher.  I would have liked a trade up for one of the falling receivers.

I am meh on this draft.  I hope both guys make me look silly and become dominant players.

Henderson was 15th on the CBS board and 11th on Tony Pauline's. Not a huge reach, and there were the WRs that would have been a mistake considering the depth of this WR class. It hurt that the two remaining top-tier non-WRs went 7th and 8th.

Chaisson was 14th and the BAP remaining on the CBS board, and 25th on Pauline's. Decent value pick, but the need is not there.

Caldwell has no clue about trading down so that option was off the table.

My fingers are crossed for one of those.  Been wanting Delpit all offseason
My guy Brugler had Henderson rated 13th and Chaison rated 14th.

I would have preferred Bekton at 9 but could've been way way worse.

Plenty of time to get a good WR though.

I love the value of that pick. But, half the board may rage quit after that pick.

Like another poster said, this board will complain regardless.  I dont want to lose picks so trading up is too risky but a thought.  I just want him to fall in our lap.
Lots of good players available in the 2nd round. Really hope one of the safety's falls to us.

Yeah, I've been high on Delpit all year as well and think he would be a great addition.

I'm nervous right now.  I just want the 1st rd to end with antoine Delpit and Xavier still left or at least 2. Well 2 left

Robinson and Taylor were both recent high 2nd round picks. Made Norman the highest paid guard in the league at that time.

They haven’t ignored the line at all over the years and spent valuable assets on it.

I’m not a Caldwell apologist, but this team has soooooo many holes (because he sucks). Can’t fill them all tonight.
Calais sighting!

Patrick Queen for the Ravens.
Calais <3
Drafttek had our guys rated fairly high and liked what we did tonight. Again. I would be more optimistic if Wash were no longer here. I have concerns with a CB that can't tackle though. As I can already see Derrick Henry stiff arming him into the shadow realm.

My concern with Chaisson is the knee and ankle injury history. And there's just not a whole lot of production on the stat sheet that says he's going to be a consistent threat on defense. Seems like a Jack of all Trades but Master of None type of project.

Unless they start addressing the offense tomorrow night by wheeling and dealing up it's going to be hard to support this team in 2020. I fear for Minshew's sake already having to learn a new system in year two with the current supporting cast having to do the same is a tall order with this year's schedule.
Dude, we should have drafted queen. Telvin Smith 2.0. Gotta build that 2017 again.
The more they show of Roger Goodell interacting with the players virtually, the more he looks like a robot. They really aren't doing him any favors.

To be fair, Derrick Henry would stiff arm 99.9% of DB's into the shadow realm.

I cant argue your concerns especially with Todd calling the defense but I think if we actually start using our picks for good trades we can pick a good WR and OL in day 2 along with a safety early.

We tried that already, the new NFL is about scoring points not about holding other teams down. All you end up with are week after week of gassed defenses that can't keep up when they're on the field 35 to 40 minutes a game.

We gotta get teams off the field and give the offense more chances. Minshew mania, baby!
My bet is we take Kindley tomorrow rd 2 if he makes it to our pick.
