Some people fought to the death defending the man. I never understood it.

When you look at our last three gms( you could argue all of our gms), Caldwell actually looks like one of the best ones. People confuse the best we have had with being good compared to NFL standards.

I think Caldwell’s greatest failure as a GM was his inability to pick competent coaching staff.
