Well gosh, if PFF said so...
I'd trust PFF's grades over anyone's on this board..
Urban wants his guys.
I don’t see any problem with this move, I like the future pick.
A sixth rounder is nothing to get overly excited about, but I think it was a good move. I didn't think Josiah Scott had much chance of making our 53 man roster anyway. Getting something is better than getting nothing.

Last year's 4 for a 6 and a UDFA. Terrible.

I don't know who will be playing the slot, but I'll take Griffin, Henderson, Campbell or Sidney Jones playing that position over a dwarf CB like Scott any day of the week. Scott was most likely not gonna make the team anyway and if he did, he wasn't gonna ever see the field, unless we had a slew of injuries.
Scott was the best slot CB on the roster, just another stupid Meyer move.

We can only hope Cullen isn't that dumb.
This is essentially a non story, yet now you've joined the sniveling idiot crowd? Great, one more. Can we just let it play out, geesh! You used to be kinda level headed.
Not really a big deal at the end of the day, but we wont know if this was a good, or bad trade for at least a year or two.

Meyer doesn't understand NFL player value, he's simply in over his head. And where did level-headed about stupid moves get us? 1-15.

Just shut up already.. You've turned into nothing but a whining drama queen lately.. You're no better than the rest of these bed wetters who just want to nit pick every little thing this HC does. We get it, you don't like UM, the picks he made or the moves he makes..You made your point, you dislike the move. If anyone is in over their head around here, it's you and your ilk with your hatred.. Please, take your sack of tears and find a new team..
Great just great Trevor Lawrence gonna be the only real NFL worthy player or coach or personal in the whole Jaguars organization ....
People are freaking out over this? Urbs is over his head now? Lol yea OK. Scott wouldn't have sniffed the 53. Who is he beating out? We will most likely only carry 5 CBS
Griffin, CJ Henderson, Sydney Jones, Campbell, Herdon.
It is a non story, don't care how you slice it.

Why? Getting something for nothing is always a good move. Scott probably was not gonna make the team and we get a pick back in return.
BLUF we got a free 6th round pick and FSG is crying about it.

Lol, "free."
Same old story with you guys. A new moron comes in making bad moves and you guys just lap it up. If it wasn't for the no brainer Lawrence pick you'd be pissed too.

Why is it a bad move?
I'm not liking seeing young prospects with upside cast to the wind before being evaluated in person, on the field by this staff.
So far, the moves Meyer has made that I like are being balanced downward by moves I don't like and the whole thing is teetering on a downward angle. I sure hope I'm unnecessarily worried, but...

My guess is he was traded because Cullen likes big corners and Scott was far from that.

Oh, I'm certain that played a major role in this particular move, but it doesn't alter my overall point - which applies to multiple moves. I also would prefer to see the due diligence of evaluating these players in person before jettisoning them.

The film could show them all they need to see. Sometimes you don't need to see people in person.

I used the term "due diligence" for a reason.
What you are describing is not that. It's doing "just enough."

Exactly, we have a 1st year player that we spent a 4th to acquire that we dumped for a 6th and a retread. Another move that lost value for the team.
