Personally, I am a naturally optimistic person, at least I try to be. So I am optimistic.
He's still who he is, but he's not coaching the little leagues anymore. I'd say the chances of him having more punishments for breaking rules is much more likely than him winning any championships. The most surprising thing would be him still being the coach here in five years.
If he's here only five years but manages to get us to a couple of conference championships or, be still my foolish heart, a SB, I'll be happy with that.

For the Jags' sake I hope he doesn't cripple the franchise for another decade, but I have low expectations there as well. I'm getting too old to do 10 year rebuilds anymore, I would like a winner now before I pass on, but damn this team makes it hard.

Beyond his personality problems.. I don't think he's going to win anything. I think he will hold back Trevor Lawrence. I think he's purely a college coach with zero ability to adapt to anything other than what he thinks is correct. And he thinks his college philosophy can work in the NFL.. and it cant.
