Perhaps a little dramatic but we’ve seen what a porous OL has done to swaggering Gabbert, Bortles and Minshew; three QBs who came here full of confidence and left with legacies of diminished skill and rabbit reactions.

You're not wrong

Dude, our Square One is equivalent to Berlin after the Allies bombed the [BLEEP] out of them in WWII. We're not going back to square one.
I just remember Troy Aikman (1-15 record with 9 tds and 18 ints) and Peyton Manning (3-13 record with 26 tds and 28 ints) getting hammered in their rookie years and all turned out pretty good for the 2 of them.
TL is not above battered QB syndrome. If you keep doing the same things, you’ll keep getting the same results. One again our OL has not been the building priority it should have been.
Walker Little inactive today.
Little and Tufele inactive today.
Kinda strange. They like Richardson better backing up both tackle spots?

I don't think that the pass rush was what did Bortles in, he just didn't have a franchise passer's ability. He probably should have been throwing with his left hand his whole life instead of his right. Gabbert has plenty of athleticism and a good arm but I don't think he'd be great behind the '93 cowboys line. Minshew's problem is he couldn't seem to see the middle of the field. If he were born four inches taller he might be a good QB. As it is I don't think the pass rush was what did him in, either.
Now, I don't want to see any of Taylor's famous lookout blocks, and I'd rather see him get 5 holding calls a game than letting guys get hits on Lawrence, but I hope Lawrence can handle it if the line is only average in pass protection.

Mercilus is very good too. They have some players, but you are mostly correct. Lots of holes on that Texans team.

You are stupid for calling me that, I am not a cat or a woman. I think I'll go post on the Packers board now. Would someone please beg me to stay? Moderators, this is such abuse, how come you let them talk to me this way. Talk, in this case, maens to press keys to make letters form words on my screen, it's silly to think that we are really talking here. You aren't really a Jags fan anyway.

Remember those heady days when we had ***Official Second Half*** threads? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Herndon and Smith were on the injury report. I'm also a bit surprised we don't have our 3rd TE active.
Should of kept little active
Texans fans sitting next to my group at the bar, watching the same TV. Should be fun. Is anybody available in the DFW area to bail me out?
Decided to go to Twin Peaks, instead of BWW. If you aren't familiar, think Hooters with a ski lodge kinda feel.
Get it? Twin Peaks?
I gotta say I really dislike the new number rule. I don't mind the position restriction change, but week to week changes are kinda dumb. I wonder how this will affect jersey sales.
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUVAL
Come on lets this be our year baby !!
"Excited" for another season with you all. Hopefully this year isn't as miserable as last.
Lets freaking go, give us belief guys, make us think this year is going to be different
Oh and dont let Lawrence get hit

Merculius was actually rated dead last, as the worst edge defender I the league last year. 118 out of 118. But I did leave Cunningham off the list. He's a good linebacker.
Game Time. Yeah Boyeeeeee.
