We all love this team and have suffered quite a bit with them lol. I hope Shad does the right thing and resets the staff to give us a chance. The fans deserve that.
if we reset i hope we keep Cullen, he has been our one bright spot on this team. over the past 5 weeks his defense outside the rams game has been really good.

Usually, yes, but I dont think that Cullen has been infected by the stink of Urban. His players actually play hard for him, and the defense is shaping an identity. Dont throw out the functioning baby with the dysfunctional bathwater.

This team has been dysfunctional. Khan has shown a pattern of not admitting his mistakes. He gave Gus Bradley four years. He gave Dave Caldwell eight years. I like to be an optimist, but I'm a realist. History tends to repeat itself. I think Khan outrages fans and gives Meyer another year. Meyer will give a bunch of excuses. He'll say that "you can't turn around a 1-15 team in one year". He will also throw Bevell under the bus. The failures will all be Bevell's fault. My guess is they fire Bevell and some of the offensive positional coaches. Sadly, I think Khan buys it and brings back Meyer. Khan has shown no ability to quickly admit his mistakes in the past. Why should he start now? I hope I'm wrong.
