This is freaking hilarious for all the wrong reasons. I hope the Khans sell AEW and Tony takes over running the Jaguars. Dad Khan is obviously old and tired, he needs to let his son take over and find a good EVP of Football Ops and every 5 years review the EVP's performance to see if they need to can him or not.

Agreed.  Deep down I believe Shad Khan realizes this but so far he's letting emotion get in the way of sound decision making.

I didn't think it was possible for someone in the Jaguars football operation to have been a greater obstacle for the team than Urban Meyer.  Now, it sure looks like Trent Baalke is even more problematic for the Jaguars than even what Meyer was.
