NH3...
Same here...puzzled why we quit running...but, Jags fought hard and weren't a pushover.

Played well enough the last two games, but that was the Washington game all over with the awful reads/throws.
This was a lot worse than washington, at least his turnover in that game was basically a last chance heave.
You pretty much proved your opinion is like the garbage I took out this morning.... It means and it's worth nothing

I'm curious what QB lives up to your high standards?
We all know the answer to that. None, as if he cannot say something bad about people he will not post at all as is evidenced by the last few weeks.
I mean the Ravens just blew two big leads with bad plays by Lamar versus Miami and Buffalo.
This type of thing happens to all teams.

That's a fair point. They're 2 - 2 now just like we are.
I am already over this loss. Just beat the tinhorns like they owe you money next Sunday and all is forgiven.

I have talked in other threads about pendulum swings and I think it needs to be kept in mind.
We were spoiled these past two weeks. This team is still young; Trevor is still learning; Pederson is still implementing his vision.
We’re going to have swings in play and games.
That’s why I’m not making any solid declarations and that goes both ways. Last week we were a top 10 team, this week Trevor is a bust. Neither are true

Clearly a troll when Kaepernick had 4-5 completions 4 interceptions and like 50 yards in a half.
I watch Manning have games like this against the Chargers on a yearly basis.

Exactly.
This is all just a game at the end of the day.

Agreed. I think most people are coming around to the realization that he's never going to be a generational QB. That doesn't mean he couldn't develop into a really good franchise player. Witness the games against Indy and LA. But even in those he was "efficient" rather than spectacular. He just needs to keep working and continue to develop those NFL-tier skills.

I've watched roethlisberger have games like this actually against us.... And of course other teams

See I don't agree with this I've watched all the great quarterbacks in history struggle in their first or second year.... And I'm considering this as Lawrence's first year as last year was pretty much a wash

Yeah most people were expecting Luck or something. I was expecting more like Phillip Rivers.
Sure given how deep the NFL QB generation is, he may never be the ultimate superstar that runs the league. But he can easily be the best QB this franchise has ever seen, and hopefully get them to a Super Bowl.

Agreed. I think Lawrence has the great makings to be that generational talent he was billed to be. We needed Pederson LAST year. It's CLEAR that Urban hindered this team last year and stunted a lot of player's growths and hopes last year.
By the end of this year I fully expect the conversation in the off season to include Lawrence when it comes to the top five conversation. He's still growing with a new supporting cast at the receiver positions, he's still learning things with Pederson.
Josh Allen had some rough games his first two years as well. The key was patience, development and adding players around him to succeed. I just think Lawrence is better than what we saw out there today.

Absolutely I believe Lawrence is better than what we saw today in fact I know it.... I've seen the greatest quarterbacks have games like this in their first years...hell even five or six years into their careers... Players have bad days.... I get that the past few years have been horrible and we have a lot of young fans on here who haven't been watching football for 40 years like I have.... So I take their opinions with a grain of salt even though it's annoying as hell lol
This game reminded me a lot of the Bengals game last year when we were up 14-0
We should count our blessings. A game was played in conditions conducive to injuries and we finished without any. At least none revealed so far.

Agreed. Philadelphia didn't fair so well in that regard.
