He's in his 17th season which ties the NFL record for a tight end.  If he plays next year, he will break the record.  Good for him.

I met his mom during a game in his rookie season. She said hi to me because I had on his jersey. She asked me what I thought of him and I said he's an outstanding player and person and will have a nice long career. Talk about an understatement, lol.
