Just make sure to stay in your whole when he plays well.

It was always going to be an up and down season. Jags still need a playmaking X receiver (Zay ain’t it) and OLine help.

Today was a bad day for Lawrence in the offense but I’m all in. You’re not so feel free to leave at any point

I've been all in since I started watching this team. I watch every game until the time hits 0:00 even in games we get blown out of. I'm tired of hearing "oh it's just 1 bad game" he's played 23 games, he's been "good" in 3. and "good" is subjective, he's really had 1 great game against the Chargers and the other "good games" he's had have been like 240 yards 2 td 0 int, which is mediocre.

So are you now saying you didnt want Trevor at 1 when we drafted him, and 2 weeks ago when Trevor was the AFC player of the week I asked you who you wanted and you said Trevor.  I can find it if you want to continue to lie about it.  When Trevor plays good you wanted him when hes bad you didnt.  Lmao

Tbh, you keep picking them(QB) until you have one. The closest one to having one since DG was Minshew, and DG had 1/2 ish solid years and Minshew even started a fade a bit at the end. This team has been void of consistent QB play since Mark B was running things. Lawrence can certainly turn it around but the fact he got outplayed and outperformed today by freaking Davis Mills of all people, should ring the alarm bell, even if its a feint ring at the moment.

He didn’t get outperformed by Mills. He wasn’t good, but he was still better than Mills.

Yes, but we expected to win those games with much better QB play.

Did you read my post? I said it was unavoidable. He was the best option at the position we desperately needed. Kyle Pitts was the most well rounded player in that draft, but Tight End is not a premium position.
That hurt. Not arguing with [BLEEP] boys though.

Yeah, that's probably the healthiest way to look at it tbh. Pederson himself said it would take time to rebuild this team.

Unavoidale?  We had the number 1 pick therfore we could have taken anyone we wanted.  What the hell do you mean unavoidable?  lol.  You never draft for need if you do that is your first mistake!  Unavoidable when we had the first pick lmao.  You always take the best player, you saying you like to draft for need is all I need to know

Yeah it's not fun to try and argue a proven fact is it. At least not without a somewhat decent performance to try and use as proof he isnt garbage.

And the two wins we have are games with good QB play. The ones we've lost the QB hadn't played well. That's pretty much the textbook on how this season was expected to go. The early season play is still encouraging even with today's setback.

Keep that same energy next weekend, man. We're going to need it sadly on the road.

Lawrence is playing like Bortles now when it comes to the golden rule of football. You cannot turn it over. 7 in the last two is atrocious.

I am concerned he's going to turn it over in every game now until he shows me otherwise.

Yeah, unfortunately, right now he's not trustworthy with the ball in the crucial moments.
This team still complete [BLEEP]. Jacksonville could have an all pro team and an all pro coaching staff and it wouldn't matter. Lawrence has one good throw out of like 5 or 6 and then receivers can't get open or catch except for Jones. Just like usual, complete [BLEEP]. Against the worst team in the league.
I have more confidence in us beating the Colt than I did us beating the Texans. Doug and Trev needs together together this week and discuss some things

This team is perfectly fine, it's our QB who is losing us games.

7 turnovers commited by this man in the past 2 weeks, and we've lost by 1 possesion both games. How can you even sit here and say the "team" is to blame. It's one guy.
The sad part is with our arrow pointing up and Boselli receiving his ring at halftime, attendance was up, and the stadium was FULL of energy for the team to feed of off. Even into the third quarter the crowd was fully supporting the team. After that stupid Walker penalty, the energy just started to drain. They looked exactly like a Gus Bradley creation. That was not the same team, nor the same coaches, we saw in the first four games. Everything was off.

I would be remiss not to mention the most obvious cause of angst and disappointment was Sunshine. He was getting booed loudly for the last few minutes.

I don't. The clots won ugly on the road in Kansas City and won ugly on the road on Thursday in Denver and already have a 3 day rest advantage on us.

Probably getting a healthy Taylor and Leonard returning to the line up. I am confident that if you think trusting Lawrence with more than 25 pass attempts in most contests this year will result in a win it will likely result in him letting you down at some point.

I bet the clots are 7.5+ point favorites at home this Sunday and I wouldn't be surprised if we get our [BLEEP] kicked like we did the Chargers in L.A and even the most faithful and loyalist of this forum start to get really [BLEEP] ugly and really [BLEEP] grim on here.

Hard to refute this without playing the inevitable "he'll be fine in the long run" card. And he may, but what's being discussed now isn't the 'long run', it's the last two weeks debacles.
